After the latest update to the Google Chrome browser, many users have been facing visibility issues in CPQ. Users are unable to view locations, configurations and documents.
If you are having issues with CPQ, follow the steps below. If you are still having issues with CPQ, please create a task from that opportunity and assign it to Greg Trent, and someone from his team will investigate. Please include an explanation of what you were trying to do and the error you encountered as well as a screen shot if possible.
- Type “chrome://flags/” in the chrome search bar and click enter.
- Search for “Lax” as shown below and change the value to Disabled.
- After that Chrome will relaunch.
- Post relaunch, please reload the quote.
