We anticipate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to be enabled on the Comcast Control Center (C3) on February 14. In preparation, we want to ensure that you go through the MFA Registration process, so registration issues can be resolved prior to launch date. During the registration process we have a dedicated phone number for you to call should you experience any issues.

To begin the registration process, go to https://aka.ms/mfasetup, enter your username (loginid@cable.comcast.com) and then click Next (see screenshot below). The attached job aid will walk you through each step of the process. You will have the choice to register using an app on your mobile phone or use a phone number for either a mobile phone or landline.
