As of August 22nd, the Partner Account Coordinator (PAC) assigned to your opportunity in C3 began adding the Project Manager (PM) to your new Ethernet and ActiveCore Opportunities. You can find the name and contact information for the PM in the Contact Roles section of the opportunity (see Figure 1).
In most cases the PM should be assigned to your order within seven business days of your order being “Sales Accepted”. The owner of the opportunity will also receive an email from the PAC letting them know the PM has been assigned and introducing the PM to the owner of the opportunity (see Figure 2).
For Master Agent users that are the opportunity owner, we recommend you take this one step further (where appropriate) and introduce the PM to the main point of contact for the sub agent when you receive this email.
